Bacon pancakes
Hubby suggested bacon, eggs and pancakes for dinner. I had a better idea though. Bacon Pancakes. Boy were they yummy.

So i've dyed my hair for the first time since i started this job in Dec last year. Half way through the day and only one person has noticed. And it was a female. Granted i do mostly work with an office full of men.

Adventures in dying
Before and after dying the shetland/silk blend wool i spun red. It's more pink than i wanted, but it looks ok when knitted up.

Something new
Black shetland and silk blend. This isn't for the blanket. This will be used in something for a christmas pressie for my mother in law. Yes i'm thinking of christmas now.

Spun colours
More freshly spun yarn for my blanket. All spun this week. I seem to be spinning faster with my new spindle.
